DIOT s.r.l. is an innovative start-up registered since its incorporation in the special register of the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
Pursuant to art. 25 paragraph 11 of the D.L. n. 179/2012 converted by Law no. 221/2012 and its subsequent amendments, please note that Diot s.r.l .:
- was established on 4 May 2018 at the office of Notary Antonio Lampugnani, Notary in Rozzano, registered with the Notary's Board of Milan;
- its registered office is located in Milan, viale Luigi Majno 38;
- its corporate purpose is: the study, creation and marketing of innovative products and services with high technological value for energy optimization and the automation
of residential and industrial buildings; in addition, the company may also carry out the ancillary activities that are better detailed in its bylaw;
- the company aims to develop solutions for building automation, both industrial and residential (home automation), that adopt the latest existing technologies and tools thanks
to the increasing availability of peripherals relating to the IoT (Internet of Things) segment. It carries out research and experimentation on tools and open
protocols that can guarantee the realization of complete solutions without binding to individual manufacturers, which also allow to optimize the consumption of buildings.
These innovative solutions will be tested in experimental installations in residential and industrial buildings;

- Ugo Sinigaglia (Founder and CEO), master's degree in Physics, Università degli Studi di Milano. Entrepreneur, Chairman and CEO of numerous companies, he has been working for a long time in the context of Information & Communication Technology.
- Roland Acquati (Co-founder), degree in Economics and Commerce, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, former director of companies operating in the IT sector, deals with business management and carries out research in the field of applications for the banking and financial sector.
- Sylvie Azarya (Co-founder), master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, Università degli Studi di Milano, formerly a teacher at secondary schools, former director of commercial companies, today Vice-president of the Association for Research on Dementia Onlus, is actively involved in building renovations.
- Paola Tirrò (Employee), master's degree in Computer Engineering, University of Catania. PhD in Electrical and Automation Engineering,
University of Reggio Calabria. She is in charge of the hardware design in collaboration with the University of Rome 3 and the design and development of the home automation application software under construction.
